Off Day Shenenagins: strangest feature you've seen at a ballpark?

In my 18+ years on Motown sports, I think this is the first thread I've ever started. So please be kind to me.

I was at a kannapolis cannonballers (low A- White Sox) game last night, and they have a brand new stadium. Now I have probably been in 100 plus minor and major league parks in my life. But I have never seen this feature in one before.

That led me to the question, what is the strangest, or weirdest thing you've ever seen as a feature in a ballpark? I have to think this is pretty unique. You have to stand on home plate to pee.

and that's not even correct.  Anyone with sense knows you have your feet sholder width apart and stand to the left or right of the plate as far back in the box as possible to see the fastball or move up if the pitch is breaking on the plate.

and what if you are cross-eye dominant?

I had a set of packing materials for a radio pallet that was shipped to my unit in Germany.  So, we built head rests for our urinals at our unit.  We had to take them down when some general (now a Fox News contributor...real crank) inspected.   I guess it implied that we were hung over all the time and that was not a proper military image.

I think ballparks would be more interesting if they added trees, squirrels and bunkers to the outfield.

the Astro did try putting a hill in CF. Didn't go over too well with their OFs! (their OF's didn't go over it too well either).

Instead of a warning track, have a moat with alligators in it.

I had dinner with a girlfriend at the restaurant overlooking center field in Toronto's Skydome shortly after it opened in the summer of 1989.

Did not check in to the adjacent hotel which also overlooked the outfield, and which gained notoriety after amorous couples accidentally on purpose neglected to draw the curtains. 54 seconds mark of the link below. NSFW if you're actually working in an office these days; if you're working from home then knock yourself out.

My first thought when I saw this thread was cricket grounds with trees on the outfield. Saw one the other day - massive great old oak.

There used to be one at a professional ground at Canterbury. It died and was replaced, but is no longer part of the field of play. Hit it, even at its highest point, and it was four runs.

It's my home ground as it were. I shall, with any luck, be able to go there and watch some cricket on Saturday.

Does that urinal measure exit velocity?

Not just exit velocity, but launch angle.

Exit velocity and launch angle are important, but what about the probability of scoring?

I'd settle for trees and houses over the outfield wall, like in Baltimore, 1971.

Wasn’t there some greenscape behind Kansas City’s walls?  The fountains were there, but wasn’t it just green in between that and the highway well beyond the walls?  I don’t like how they’ve enclosed the ball yard.
