  1. Wow! Thanks to everyone who responded. I bought my ticket off stubhub and printed it out. It was printed on 8 1/2 by 11 paper and then cut out to fit inside the lanyard. If anyone has something like that it would be preferred. However, since it is something that would have just been on a piece of paper, I understand and will take what I can get. And I never thought to contact the team. I might try that tomorrow. If anyone has the ability to scan and email, let me know and I'll pm you my email address. Thanks! Chris
  2. Hello, It has been years since I had a job that had me sitting at a computer all day wasting time on these forums and the like, but I do remember the community being very friendly, so here goes... I live in Kansas. When the Tigers went to the 2012 World Series, I just had to go. I didn't go to a game in 2006 and kicked myself for six years until the chance luckily arose again. I spent too much money on tickets and my wife and I drove up to the game, watched us lose, and drove back, all in one completely awesome and bitterly cold 30 hour period. I would and will do it again in a second if the chance ever arises. Anyway, we were given lanyards in which to put our tickets at the game, and I reprinted our tickets when I got home and put them in the lanyards, and hung them in a conspicuous place with all our other Tigers stuff upon returning. Anyway, a few months ago, my autistic son, who I love to death, found the lanyards and played with them for reasons unknown. I have located the lanyards, but the printouts of the tickets are seemingly gone forever. So my question is this: Does anyone have the paper printout copies of tickets to one of those games that would be willing to photocopy and mail, or scan and email, and send them to me? It's not the fact that they aren't my tickets, but a stupid Taco Bell 2012 World Series lanyard just doesn't seem as cool with nothing in it. If so, PM me. If not and this is not allowed, then the admins can delete. Thank you for your time
  3. When I first got a Roku 1 in 2007, this happened a lot. I actually called Roku tech support about it, and they made me change some router settings and it barely had a problem after that. Unfortunately, it has been 7 years and I don't remember what they were, but I did get a new router last week and have had a couple issues with it, so I might call again.
  4. The rotation gets interesting if the game is rained out. You would think just go to Price on the 12th, but if that happens (and actually how the rotation is currently set up), he will miss the Royals series completely, even if it is four games. If you go to Porcello on the 12th, he will be the one missing the Royals games. Do you push them both back and go to Lobstein on the 12th? If the game isn't rained out, they're kind of stuck with Lobstein pitching on the 21st, which could be the most important game of the year.

  6. No problem. I just need a credit card, SSN and DOB and we're square...
  7. Thanks for the notes, everyone. And I am definitely not a spoofer. I just wasn't active enough for anyone to notice that the name had sorta been taken. Two days to go. Can't wait. Got seats in the front row right behind home plate.
  8. I don't post here very often, so hello to all of you. Anyway, I have to admit that I don't pay much attention to the lower minor league teams in the organization, so forgive me if this has already been discussed, but a search has not given me the results that I need. I'm traveling to Detroit next Thursday, and after the Tigers' day game, a friend and I are going to Grand Rapids to check out the Whitecaps. Who, if any, players should I be interested in? Is there anyone that has a chance of making the big club someday? I have no idea. Anything I should check out at the park while I'm there? Thanks
  9. I'm trying to think if there was ever a time that Verlander went out like he was only going to pitch an inning or two and started throwing 99 right away instead of building up to it. I'm also trying to think if that worked out for him at all...
  10. I counted 18 pitches and 18 fastballs. If the splitter is "back" then where was it? Even if he's not confident with it, with a 2 run lead and two outs, he could have thrown one to Butler.
  11. If you're a MLB.tv radio subscriber (about $15, I think). It's archived on the website. You can still listen to it. I pay for MLB.tv (The $100+ package), and I get it, but you might be able to get away with either a subscription to postseason.tv or a monthly subscription to MLB.tv or buy the radio pkg. I think if you wanted this keepsake for your child, $15 or so is a small price to pay. I'd do it for you, but have no idea how. Maybe someone else on this board might be able to do so for you?
