Here is to hoping the Pistons are tired from this road trip and that GR3 wants a revenge game.

On a side note - the Warriors coming into next year with Curry/Russell/Klay/Draymond and a likely top 3 pick will be scary. They could very well add another star by moving that draft pick and shore up their depth by moving Russell.

People are freaking out a bit too much about this Seth Greenberg stuff.  He simply made a prediction Popovich would step down and Bill Self would take over.  He didn't say he had  insider info or anything like that.

It sort of makes sense.  Popovich is old and has talked about retirement.  Kansas is under NCAA investigation and will probably get some sort of punishment.  Self, RC Buford, and Popovich all worked on Larry Browns staff at Kansas.  So they have a history.

And the Spurs Dynasty is officially dead. I don't see Pop sticking around for long through a rebuild given his age and the fact that his cast of beloved Spurs are just about all retired.

Doesn't he have a coaching record that he's about to break in a year or two though? Can't recall what it was, but George and Greg mentioned it on the broadcast when we played the Spurs recently.

Stanley Johnson has played 33 minutes this year.  So pretty comparable.  He was hurt a few weeks tho.

Pretty crazy that he only hit 4 3's in that time.  Is the mid range game becoming in vogue again?

He only shot 22% from three the past 5 games.  But his attempts were low, only 3.6 per game.

He gets to the rim quite a bit.  But he does seem to like that 10-16 foot range a bit.

Split Value FG FGA FG% 3P 3PA 3P% eFG% Ast'd %Ast'd
Shot Distance At Rim 119 161 .739 0 0   .739 68 .571
  3 to <10 ft 31 72 .431 0 0   .431 18 .581
  10 to <16 ft 53 113 .469 0 0   .469 18 .340
  16 ft to <3-pt 27 68 .397 0 0   .397 11 .407
  3-pt 59 162 .364 59 162 .364 .546 37 .627

Curious to see how Drummond responds to the trade rumors.

So far turning it over and forcing things to try to prove himself.

I meant tonight.  Not the past 8 years.

I wonder if John Beilein thinks recruiting isn't so bad after all...

You could combine both of these rosters and you still might not get a legit starting 5.

Love needs to get out of Cleveland before he ruins his career.

That's pretty bad.  I cannot see how he plays another game for Cleveland after that.  Clearly a lack of professionalism.  (Yes, I know, I am connecting Cleveland and professionalism and that doesn't seem to make much sense.)
