I want to believe but the more I ponder this one and it has SOL written all over it.

Lion defense makes Carr look all-pro and Jacobs scores twice in a 17 point Raider win that wasn’t even that close.

That's basically how I feel about today. Somehow I think we make Derek Carr look like an All-Pro with a depleted secondary and no pass rush whatsoever. I think this "bend but don't break" defensive philosophy that Patricia employs has officially been broken this season. The SOL thing to do is loss and completely ruin their playoff chances.

Quinn was able to secure Christian Jones before hit free agency. There was most likely going to be a feeding frenzy of teams that would be fighting to sign him.  We could’ve seen a situation with multiple GM’s lined up at his house at midnight trying to get first crack at him.

1 year per TFL seem like a good deal but then you consider that's also 1 year per sack!  Outstanding.  It's not like you are just going to find a guy off the street to make 4 tackles per game.

This won't be a SOL problem. It's a problem of depth, something we don't have. And our coaches are unable to use players properly,  to get the most out of them. No, not a SOL issue, it's a talent issue. We have multiple injuries in the defensive backfield. Our running game is on our 3rd RB and even if we do get a lead, our coaches will go into a shell and be overly conservative.  Matthew Stafford can only bail them out so many times. All those 3rd and longs will eventually catch up to them. Raiders 34 Lions 17.

Figures that the two game games Mahomes misses is the packers and Vikings.  What a ******* joke.

Sometimes it doesn't matter who you play but when you play them.

Why make interference reviewable if you never overturn a call

Running on 2nd and long never works twice.  Lions turn it over trying to run on 2nd and long.

The lions defense is god awful.

Please don’t use the Lord’s name in reference to the Lions defense.

Every player is wide open.  And all hand offs go at least 5 yards.
