Oh boy. Nate Robertson on a cheap webcam while no one pays attention to the game. At least we can’t see his nostril hairs.

They seem to be paying a bit more attention to the game today, they sorta went back and forth there.

In the meantime, although they only have 2 runs, the Tigers hitters have made Bauer work so far today.

Smart

If I had a nickel for every time I was accused of that, I'd have a nickel.

Boyd is looking workman-like solid today. If he can be economical with his pitches, he might go seven, unless theres a hard out after two times through the order.

Boyd walks the lead off hitter then pop out, GiDP.

2-0 Tigers still

That's a good way to keep his teammates involved.

Boyd pays for the walk and HBP.   Need to get out of this with the 2-1 lead still, the Tigers hitters are not likely to score much more if at all today

Boyd works out of it.  I'm really starting to believe he's not a mirage.

2-1 Tigers after 5.5

I am with you on that.  And he was sorta the "throw in" on the Price deal when they got Norris

On another note, both lineups had 6 starters in the lineup today hitting under .200 (Peterson for Detroit got a hit and got over .200 for the time being)

Hicks boost the Tigers home run total to 5 with an absolute rocket to LF and a 3-1 lead.

First game this year with more than one home run for the boys.

One more for curly fries

Any chance Hicks gets more of the playing time behind the plate, as Greiner has not really showed much from a hitting perspective?

I think they're going to hang with Greiner as long as the starting pitching holds up.

Real nice at bat by Harrison to get the 4th run home.  Tigers have not done much with RISP, especially with 2 outs, so that was good to see.

Who had “chasing Trevor Bauer in the sixth” on their bingo card?

He has the rest of the afternoon to play with his drone.
