I offer thoughts on THE GAME

Patterson has been the only one remotely close in terms of having any talent.

If Harbaugh can’t develop McCaffery, then we are doomed.

OSU pretty much played like crap all year long and then they save it for this game and totally destroy us. Disgusting, despicable, irritating.

The gap between OSU’s and UM’s programs are just as wide as it has been over the past 10 years. UM’s challenge is to close the gap without resorting to Meyer’s level of shadiness.

His passes have been off all game. Even the catches are good plays on the receivers. Patterson has failed.

The comment was that he hadn't developed a QB. I said Patterson has been the only one he's had with any measurable talent, and he had to go outside the program to get him. That's not untrue.

McCaffery should be Harbaugh’s last chance to develop a QB and a program capable of competing with elite programs. If he can’t then UM has to decide what kind of program it wants to be relative to what it feasible in today’s college football landscape.

The funny thing about this game is that fox is sitting here making OSU's case as a dominant team. ******* Maryland almost beat them last week. This team's defense is going to get shredded by any other top team in the country. A poorly coached Michigan team put up 30+ on them today, for crying out loud.

When Michigan used to win this game, they did it with players making big plays and having their best game at the right time. Nobody did that today. Not even close. And while the game plan seemed non-existent, you need players to make plays, period. There were no big players today.

Just play to your competition.  OSU did.  UM did not.

Let this be his final game at OSU.

If Harbaugh loses the bowl game he should rightly be on the hot seat in 2019.

There's one thing to lose but to be dominated like this. This is the first time in 45 years i have been embarrassed by Michigan

I agree and actually think McCaffery is probably the most talented QB they have. Unfortunately he has a broken collarbone.

I can't add any more reactions today but you would've gotten a heart.

That sucked.  I'd still take Harbaugh over Rich Rod or any other person we've had since Lloyd

Gary can take off for the NFL. I’m tired of waiting for that potential to develop. Of course the Lions will probably take him

He’s projected to be a top 15 pick. He’s gone after a career that was much more hype than substance.

Then Harbaugh can develop handpicked Milton. He has no excuses left.

We also need a defensive coordinator willing to put a zone defense out there (and actually coach it well) when it's obvious the other team has way more speed than we do. You can't play man to man against that without speed, especially at LB and DB. I'm not sure if that defensive coordinator is named Don Brown or somebody else, but his defense got shredded today.

Again we might be seeing the ceiling of what UM football can be. We are close to the level Carr was before he retired, and he wasn’t able to win big games in his final years.

UMs ceiling is much higher especially if Urban leaves.  Their bad class from 3 years ago and this past year caught up to them.  But they have a top 5 one coming in which will help close the gap.

Also we all thought the schedule was brutal this year. Many predicted 5 losses, them playing like **** today shouldn't take away from their season and the direction the team is going.

The only way Meyer leaves is if the feds and/or the NCAA catch up to his shenanigans again. Which is always a possibility.
