Ahahahahahaha!

I have to admit, I assumed Rothstein was the guilty party because of the simpering tone of much of his work, and I don’t have a problem with Patricia calling out the media for unprofessionalism.

But this headline is hilarious.

I wonder how many games Tom Brady has won where his team gave up ~180 yards rushing, as the Lions did against NY, SF, and SEA.

I don't know, but even if Brady hasn't won games like that, I doubt that he settled for leading the Patriots' offense to just three field goals.

It is hilarious.  A fitting dig at a poorly dressed and ill-groomed fat slob who publicly called out someone else for slouching.

As an aside, on The Ticket this morning it was pointed out that the Lions' current offensive line consists of two first-round picks, a third-round pick, and two guys whom the Lions signed as high-priced free agents.  Just imagine how many times Stafford would have been sacked if he didn't have such top-shelf talent protecting him.

Consistent with the Lions is they never have enough support for the QB. Joey needed more receivers, MS needs a better OL. Maybe it's the QB!!

Maybe it is everything.

I know, of course, that the Lions have won just one playoff game since 1957; that they haven't won any since 1991; and that they are the only franchise that has been in existence for the entire Super Bowl Era and has not made it to a Super Bowl.  I know that they lost the greatest running back of all time because he just couldn't stand being a Lion anymore, and that they refused to trade him, so they got nothing for him.   I know that in 1983 they drafted a freaking fullback with their first-round pick when they could have had Dan Marino.  I know that they let Matt Millen run the show for an incredible seven years.

I could go on and on.  But until it was pointed out in yesterday's broadcast, I didn't realize that the Lions have not won their division since 1993.   In divisions that have had only four or five teams, the Lions haven't finished on top for 25 years.  And they are, of course, currently in last place in the NFC North.

Last year, Bob Quinn famously said that Lions' 9-7 record was not good enough, and that he was "going out to find the best coach" to help the Lions win a championship.  How's that working out, Bob?

Ugh.....we can't fire Grizzly Adams yet. We still have to see what he can't do for the next few years. Like....win?

On a more personal note, the Vikings defense got me 23 points for my fantasy team. And I won by 5 points. Priorities.

Patricia looks more like a guy who spends all day playing World of Warcraft in his mom's basement than Grizzly Adams.

Here's a fun stat....

Since 1994, the Central and North division winners consist of Green Bay with 12, Minnesota with 7, Chicago with 4 and Tampa Bay in only an 8 year span has 1, the Yuckaneers, the Lions with a big fat zero.  The Lions, always finding new heights of ineptitude. Of course that stat has nothing on the one playoff win in 61 years but just found it funny that even Tampa has a division title in 16 less years.

The #Lions have made their first coaching change, relieving special teams coordinator Joe Marciano of his duties. Marciano is one of the more accomplished ST coaches around, but those units have struggled all season long.

Well, they've dealt with the most important thing.  Now they just have to address the trivial stuff like the offense and the defense.

I asked a simple factual question. If you want to be taken seriously, take a crack at answering it.

I'll bet it is more than Uhhhhhh, Ummmmm, Matt, Uhhhh, Ummmm, Aw Shucks, Stafford. I'll go through Brady's career and look that up. I also wonder how many games Brady has won when he throws 4 picks in a game.

Yep.  Grizzly Adams was a mountain man.  Patricia looks like he might have a heart attack climbing a step ladder.  Or going up the stairs for the platter of pizza rolls that his mother made for him.

Wrt the offensive line, if a player being drafted highly or paid a lot means they're good, then Matt Stafford must be the best player on the team, so it's confirmed that everyone else is to blame.

I accept your apology

true, matt stafford is not as good as tom brady.  cut his ***.

Jason was making an excuse for Stafford about the opposing team rushing for 180 yards and he first invoked Brady's name. I simply replied to the invocation of Tom Brady's name.

Don’t put words in my mouth, troll.

You come in here and spout off every time the Lions lose. I told you that if you want to be taken seriously, you should at least back yourself up with a fact or two. You haven’t done it.

Troll is as troll does. I’m putting you on ignore. From now on, leave me out of your trolling.
