Rasmussen has struggled, but that isn't entirely unexpected either.

I suspect it is a big part of the reason the organization isn't in a rush to call anyone and everyone up.  It usually takes time to adjust to the speed and style of the league, and I imagine it is really easy to lose confidence.

Rasmussen hasn't been too bad, IMO. He isn't afraid to plant himself just outside the crease, as we expected him too, and I see him involved in goals sometimes even when he doesn't draw an assist. And while he gets some PP time as well, I don't expect him to pick up too many points playing with Bertuzzi and Glendening as his regular line.

The Wings haven't had a 30-goal scorer since 2008-2009, when they had 4 of them.  With 2 games until the season hits the 1/3 mark,  AA has 11, Mantha and Larkin 9, Bertuzzi 8. I don't expect any expect of them to hit 30. I predict something like mid-20s for AA and Mantha, 20ish for Larkin (plus 50 or so assists) and mid-high teens for Bertuzzi.

Bertuzzi seems to be up and down a lot. Maybe partly his motor, but I also wonder in his case if it isn't more a matter of the opposition team speed he is playing against.
