6pm weather check for tonight. 34 Degrees with a real feel of 26. No precipitation in the forecast. #weathertalk

I see flurries in the forecast for the afternoon/evening.  They should have moved this game up to 1:00 like Chicago, then it would be a whole 3 degrees warmer.

Should'of scheduled more outdoor hockey games rather than baseball games.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that most of the country is below normal temperatures today.  By at least double digits.

OK, maybe that's not his normal neck.  Maybe he lied about something and has Pinocchio of the neck disease.

They will have 3 cold-ish games this week and then the temps will be in the mid 60s by Friday.

As if they're going to play the game tonight.....

I did hear something today about the Tigers being the first team to play all of its first 8 games in temps of 40 or below since 1990 or sometime before global warming.

The Detroit Tigers have to have the worst schedule in major league history. How could it be any worse than every one of the first 25 games on the schedule being played (or having a projected temperature) in weather never warmer than 48 degrees, with the majority of the games at 40 degrees or lower?

That, of course, is accounting for the weather in Detroit’s eight games so far—never warmer than 43 degrees—and the long-range forecast for the next week, with seven games in Cleveland and Detroit, and the temperature in those seven games predicted to be 36, 35, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 46.

MLB scheduled Detroit’s first seven series, covering 25 games, for Detroit, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Detroit and Pittsburgh.

Will the next three series (in Baltimore, Detroit, Kansas City) be better weather-wise? Let us pray. But it’s incredible that Major League Baseball scheduled every one of the first 35 games of the season for the Tigers in places where weather can be awful through early May

Unfortunately this take becomes a little hollow. It will be warm this weekend in Detroit.

A shocker that Peter King could be wrong about something.

Miggy drove that one, just needs to work on his launch angle.

that was a 2 seam FB at 92 mph and he pulled it and he scalded it. That's about as good as an out could make me feel.

Yeah,  Kind of hard to judge anything because the weather has been so abnormal.

The Tiger bullpen is a force for good.

Except for Farmer Buck.     But lets see how he does when the weather is not insane.
