2018 NBA Trade Deadline

35 for Donovan Mitchell last night.

Utah had the 24th pick last year. Traded that and Lyles to move up and snag Mitchell.

I'd say I can't believe we missed on him, except he'd be getting 10 mpg here and we'd be complaining about how Luke Kennard is lighting it up in Utah right now.

Do we really think they'd move the Brooklyn pick with Lebron likely not coming back? I doubt it

I think they would.

That pick has lost some value with Brooklyn being better than expected. 9th pick now with a real shot at being the 11th.

I think you have to go all in if you're close to a title.

Yup, gotta. Plenty of guys available. You have to upgrade Thomas and upgrade your rim protection. I say George Hill and Deandre Jordan

You think Stan would be giving Mitchell 30 mpg?

Tyson Chandler intrigued me as a backup C. Moreland is simply playing too much. Chandler brings veteran leadership and a big upgrade on Moreland.

Boban and Galloway for Chandler.

No incentive for the Suns to do that.

PHX gets: Leuer, Galloway, Pistons lotto protected first.

DET gets: Greg Monroe

Here’s an intriguing one.

DET gets: Clarkston

DETROIT Throws in Ellenson, LAL throws in Nance.

Kemba and Kaminsky for Kennard, Stanley, Leuer, and our 2018 first rounder.

thats charlotte's best player and their lottery pick for one player with potential, one lottery bust, one injured player, and a pick.

i think they can do better than that for kemba.

why would any team trade value for stanley and leuer?  reminds of the old "lindsay hunter and terry mills for superstar" sports radio trades back in the day.

14 million dollars between Galloway and Boban sits on the bench in favor of Buycks and Moreland.

Fire the GM.

Are you kidding me?  Ellenson's defense fits right in with that group!

Duncan Smith has it all wrong.

Reggie Hearn was signed as Reggie insurance.

SVG FTW.

I can't see us pulling off Kemba. I'd love him, but our assets suck. IDK how Cleveland doesn't go get him. Jesus Christ already over there.

Best I came up with for us was Kemba and Batum for STanley,Ish,Bradley and Leuer plus two firsts. They clear a lot of cap space in Charlotte, get Stanley, two firsts and a PG to get them through the rest of the season and backup next year. You could look to sign Bradley if you wanted, Clifford may like him.

Other one I guess is probably Bradley,Boban,Stanley,Ish plus firsts for Kemba and MKG.

I'm viewing both Batum and MKG as dumps here ftr.

So in the top one, you make a "run" with Kemba-Kennard-Batum-Harris-Drummond. Seems like a reasonable fit as an SVG lineup. If Batum stays healthy, you might make a 3 seed or something.
