Hollis Thompson is on the roster. He would be a good guy to have on the bench in case of an injury.

 So would I at $963K a year.

Was a bit shocked McCallum wasn't on the roster.  But then I see he is playing for the Rockets in summer league.  That makes a lot of sense since the Pistons staff knows what he can do.  Might as well let another staff see you play.

No Stanley?

No new stuff to work on.  Gets summer league off.

He was never playing.  They said he will be there to participate in practice but not play.

Not even good enough to make the summer league as a third year player.  Shame.

Silent G's movement withoutthe ball is terrible, but he plays the other end pretty well. Tough to see him getting time in Detroit over Thompson, given the choice between the two unless SVG sees G as a potential defensive stopper.

Ellenson. Looked good, Kennard's shot looked flat at in Q2 but looks the part on offense otherwise.

I like the undrafted kid from Kentucky, hope Stan gives him a ticket to GR.

Dakari Johnson is a load down low, and a nice lottery ticket for OKC.

You had to laugh at the Pistons being up double digits most of the game, only to lose in the final seconds. On a blown call by the refs.

Workman is an NBA guy too. He should be better.

ellenson looked poor in the second half.

not strong enough down low.  three point shot wasnt falling.  not quick enough on defense.

kennard's shot looked good in the second half but the lack of athleticsm showed.  he wasnt taking anyone off the dribble or fooling anyone with feints like he did in college.

gbinije will probably be waived.  not sure what he brings to the table.

pierre jackson isnt a bad point guard but too small.
