I always liked John Heard as an actor and kind of expected more out of his career despite that he had a good to great career (I'd say the same of Michael Keaton).  In any event, RIP.

Keaton should have won an Oscar for Birdman over Eddie Redmayne.       Mr. Show did a skit spoofing how the Oscars always nominate and award any actor that has to portray a disability of any kind and it's so spot on.    Redmayne was good but The Theory Of Everything was just a rehashed version of A Beautiful Mind and My Left Foot - it was unoriginal and bland and was no more that a TV Movie Of The Week.       Keaton was terrific in Birdman - and I didn't like that movie overall, it was too full of itself, but he was the reason it was watchable.

RIP to actor Chuck Low. He played Morrie from Morrie's Wigs in Goodfellas and he also played the Hasidic Jewish Father Shlomo Tettitleman on the Sopranos.

Morrie's wigs never come off!

The Coca-Cola Cowboy M-M-M-Mel Tillis and his daughter Pam both have some great music in their collections.

I mostly associate him with HeeHaw. My grandparents were fans, and most of my exposure was through them.  So news of his passing has me remembering them.
