Ummmm what, there's nothing about this anywhere else on twitter

Edit: Well, it's on MLBTR now... still haven't seen anyone else report it though. Oh god I have a horrible feeling about this, it better be Rendon +++ or else I'm going to hate this so much.

It'd make sense given Washington's needs. He'd bring back a good haul and Washington has some really good pieces so we'll see who it's for.

I hope it's Rendon as part of the deal. Fister is going to be a free agent soon. With how much pitchers are signing for this offseason, he's probably in line for 15 million + a season.

Hard to see DD making this move unless he is the clear winner. I suspect the package will please most of us.

Very multiple ... This potentially is the deal that has been anticipated.

Checking the parties involved. Tigers probably dealt a middle-infield prospect, given their glut there. Could be multiple names.

I sure hope we get a boatload in return. Compares to market rates, Fister is a virtual steal at around $7 million in 14 and an estimated $10-12 in 15. Crap SP are setting 3-4 year deals for way more money than that.

We are going to get hosed on this probably, why couldn't it have been Porcello? Awful.

Ha! We know zero yet about what we get in return. It might be awful in the end, but you're being brash to the point of lunacy right now.

Chris Cotillo @ChrisCotillo

Hearing Fister deal will bring three or four players back to #Tigers. Lombardozzi, Ray likely in that package.

Robbie Ray, Anthony Rendon, Denard Span -- all add up in any return package Tigers would seek.

======

Lynn agrees on Rendon & Span so I must be wrong.
