It will be funny with King v gets decided and the Trump administration can't do this stuff...  that's what the GOP deserves for their lawsuits.

This should make for a good campaign message for non-Trumpers and politicians who actually care about providing good health insurance for everyone at reasonable prices.

What the state of California decides to do is up to them.

Didn't read the article I see.

Yes, I did.   And I still don't see what California does as my business, especially not to pay for.

So did you ineffectively skim it?  Because it clearly says it's because of the TRUMP administration being uncertain about CSRs, not a choice by California.

But yes, when it was Obama as president, we fought about every single rate increase in every single state.  Now that it's a republican as president, no big deal!  When they raised rates, it wasn't "that state choosing" it was because of Obama.

I'm old enough to remember when this thread fought about PROPOSED premium increases in all of the states, BEFORE THEY WERE EVEN APPROVED by the State, as if they were rate increases - and the upshot was always that it was an attack on Obama.  Every single time.

My exact point.  Now it's not our business.  Convenient.

I didn't miss the part about it recouping subsidies.

Now it’s officially Trumpcare. It’s all on him and the GOP

It should be noted that he's going against a lot of politicians in his OWN party by going this route. At least Rs in state government who will have to govern with an additional level of uncertainty in the health insurance market.

A lot of Trumpers will be negatively affected by this.  Will they stick with their tribe after their leader's policies start hitting them in the pocket book?  Probably, because 'Murica.

I know, it's not Obama so no one cares about premium increases anymore.
