Dayton sounds like a stadium to hit. I think you can see that one from I-75 on your way through the city.

From the Gameday he was at 39 pitches when the coach visited, after the 3rd run of the inning. Then he had an 11 pitch walk and the coach came out to bring him out of the game.

Tyler Collins has played 3 games for Lakeland this year, and has 3 hits in every game (of course he could get more than 3 tonight...they're only in the 8th inning.).

Toledo 7 Indianapolis 8

A three run bottom of the 9th could not overcome Indy's lead, Smyly with the loss.

Erie 12 Altoona 1

Erie smashed its' way to victory on 13 hits. Wesson took the win and Lennerton with a HR (1).

Lakeland 5 Tampa 2

LFT dominated the early game led by Flynn (took the Win); Samuels with the Save.

West Michigan 5 Dayton 4

The game went 11 innings with Tyler White taking the Win

When you read the actual attendance at end of game stats...it is not a sellout!!! All hype to media!!

While the temperature did not reflect it, the breeze tonight put most of us in long pants and jackets while we watched a great game. Even on busted plays, you could see extraordinary effort by the players.

One thing that wasn't mentioned about the Flying Tigers game was Daniel Fields, who made two diving catches. The first one was a bloop into no mans land behind second base which seemed to drift away from him. The second catch was an absolute gem. He is playing well. Tyler Collins had three more hits.
