I'd like to select Deik Scram if he is still on the board.

Sorry guys, have been on vacation. Just glancing at the front page, it appears Alden Carrithers is available. If so, I will take him.

I trade my pick away.

I don't know or recognize anyone.

Trevor Feeney did a good job for the Whitecaps last year and will probably be at Lakeland. (one suggestion). He had 22 walks as opposed to something like 123 strikeouts. Beginning of the year, he was the ace of the team

Well Roger, if you'd like to make your pick and kick off the "free for all", the stage is yours my friend! :classic: Thanks all for the great photos and your participation.

Now you adopters must defend your AAT against all slings and arrows, and we hope to hear some updates as well!

My 2011 AAT selection will be a move from 1B to behind the plate and follow the guy with the 6 kt. earring. At 6’ 2” and 200 lbs., he dominates his defensive position.

Don’t let his good lucks throw you as he has brought solid defensive skill with him when he came stateside. The LFT needed a catcher mid-game last season and spotted him (from GCL) watching the game. 30 minutes later he was the #2 man for Lakeland. He displays a quick reaction time and strong arm to be able to stop the run. Even the swiftest will wonder about the odds of the steal.

He has the frame and he has the tools to perform as a solid catcher. He both bats and throws right handed. He has had issues making meaningful bat contact. If he can improve on that I don’t see anything to keep him off the major league prospect list.

2010 was unsettling for him playing at several levels as he was needed. With the backlog of quality catching right now in the minors, I would expect him to begin the season in Grand Rapids with a later move to Lakeland.

He has excelled in his cultural classes and already handles English well. A few months in W.M. with a host family will be very good for him.

I look forward to following my 2011 AAT Julio Rodriguez.

I am surprised that Julio made it that far. He was one I considered but could not resist capturing Nick
