Single Game Tickets

Its too difficult to comphrend to fast, they should have Opening Day where you just wait in line down at the B.O.

it would make it so much easier to find out where you are rather than this "virtual waiting room"

So disappointed, I have attended the home opener for the last 8 years and this year I am unable to get tickets... Never have had this issue, what a bummer.

I hear ya man, been trying to get them 3 years in a row with no luck. I despise the brokers that make a few hundred off of them too... they'll fill entire computer labs with people.

Stub hub has a lot of new tickets right now. SRO for about $50 a ticket. They were $100 last week

What am I missing here.... I'm lost... Mine will only let me open one browser.

Congrats !

I got on at 9:45, opened up 4 different browsers (Opera, Chrome, I.E., Firefox) all in the virtual waiting room. At 10:04 I got in on one of the waiting rooms and had no problems from there. Bought tickets for one game and then there is a button that says "Select Another Game" pressed that and bought them for the other games. I got in again, and tried buying another game and it isn't working out for me either now.

I've been in the virtual waiting room since 9:55...UGH. I'm guessing the waiting room must be for all games even though you selected the game you wanted first. I cannot imagine this many people are trying to get the July game against the Indians...

I just opened an internet explorer browser and jumped into the waiting room there as well. If the IE one gets in before the Firefox one I'll be pretty upset considering Firefox has been in that stupid waiting room thing for 45 mins already.

Secondary Market has a lot of tickets right now.

You're not kidding... I just got FRONT ROW behind bullpen for $50 TOTAL, two tickets for the April 11th game.

I'm through the waiting room, but every time I click "buy," it tells me it can't process b/c of high transaction volumes.

I finally got in. I dealt with the "Cannot proceed due to high traffic volume" a few times, but I finally got my seats. 10 seats in the RF Grandstand. I'm a little bummed that the Tigers have finally realized those seats are so amazing and raised the prices to $29 for premium games, but I'm still thrilled to get good seats for such a large group. Now I cannot wait for baseball season to begin!

I got 10 for Opening Day, 4 SRO which I will use, 4 together upperdeck between home and thrid, which will likely be resold or I might use those and sell the SRO and then an additional set of 2 upperdeck between home and 3rd. I got lucky.

I kept at it and got 5 tickets for opening day!!! I also got 5 tickets for saturday's game. They are section 148. Row AAA. I am thinking that is front row to the bullpen? Does anyone know if this correct?

It's the first row in the added riser seats right under the scoreboard.

I got 4 tickets for April 11th, first Saturday game. Section 339, row 3. Anyone know if this section is any good?

You can always check seatdata.com (there is a way to see a larger picture of your section without paying...I won't post it here, but if you PM me I could help you out).

capital thats about where i sat for opening day last year. Good seats, but you get kind of a bad perspective on the ball. People in our section were cheering on every pop up because they looked like they were going to be home runs from our section.

We struck out on Opening Day tickets. :( We were trying to get four. But, we were able to get fantastic seats for Saturday (4/11) and Sunday (4/12) and for 2 later weekends, so I'm happy.

I will be on the lookout for OD tickets through other venues if it doesn't require me selling a kidney to afford them.

I got three games...

Two for opening day in the bleacher seats. There are two seats in between my seats and my dads but it shouldnt be a issue to ask someone to move down so we can sit next to each other. This will be my first opening day and Im excited to see Josh Hamilton, Ian Kinsler, and Michael Young.

Two for on field photo day Vs the A's. I like getting close to the players and this will be fun. Im trying to go to a weekend series a month but with my dad unemployed and this being my first year without school, it might happen. Ive always liked the As too.

In june im going to a Brewers game. I have a friend who played for my old high school, and hes coaching for the Brewers so ill be excited to see him. The Brew Crew is probley my favorite NL team and they dont come to town often. Cant wait to see Prince, and maybe some of their top prospects if there called up.

Ill probley get more tickets closer to the games I want to go to, but there was no sense with ticket sales down this year to go all out now.

I logged in at about 9:50 to a "virtual waiting room" and just let it keep counting down. About 10:05 it let me choose 4 best available and I ended up with 4 club seats in section 329 B. I didn't think there was any chance I'd score these.....now I just have to convince the wife for a nice little Easter weekend getaway to Detroit.
