I take 24 to Square Lake Rd every day on my way to work. I never knew these guys lived nearby.

Yeah, Zetterberg lives in Bloomfield too. A buddy of mine I worked with back home told me his dad did some heating & cooling work at his house this summer right after they won the Cup. I guess something went wrong a month or so later & Zetterberg called his dad to come fix it, but instead he just told Zetterberg over the phone how to fix it.....I can't imagine talking to Zetterberg on the phone, walking him through fixing whatever was broken step by step, let alone working in his house while he's just walking around doing everyday stuff.

More so than the patio that probably costs more than my house and more so than the Bentley, there is one picture that really shows how rich he is.

That's the pick with the Bentley in the garage and his kid with a bike in the garage as well. To be able to afford a Bentley is one thing, to be fine with my kids playing around it... a whole other thing!

all I see is a picture of a "Bellagio" sign.

I have a family member who worked at Bobby Higginson's house. He lived/lives near Telegraph and Long Lake. Said he had a TV in his room that would come up out of the floor and had about 400 porn DVD's.

At the state fair in 2003 I was sitting at the bottom of the chicken house next to our stroller while the rest of my family was upstairs. Some dude was sitting next to me waiting for his family. When they came down he got up and walked over to them. It was Lidstrom. I sat next to him for 20 minutes on a bench and didn't know it until it was too late. Just two bored dads guarding our strollers. Obviously his cost more. When I pointed it out to my wife she said "Yeah, that stroller's about $400."

My brother in law is the plumbing inspector for Bloomfield Twp. He routinely takes us on tours of these houses. Bill Davidson's house is crazy.

They were talking about Davidson's house on WRIF the other day. He said the same thing. he couldn't even begin to estimate how big it was.

Uh, what kind of work does your "family" member do that required them to be in Higginson's bedroom, checking out his TV and extensive porn collection?

My aunt actually lives in that subdivision. Dre Bly used to live there and Dominic Raiola does as well. It is a pretty unreal sub but I guess Lidstrom went Trick or Treating with his kids last year pretty stand up guy.

I would love for davidson's house to have 2 furnished rooms and the rest just filled with dollar bills

The Lidstrom home. Wow! Did you post this for some sort of effect? Just wondering what this is all about now that the world economy has fallen out of the sky in the last 2-3 weeks. What was your point anyway? Was it something to the effect that you live 5 miles from Ballagio? Maybe you don't realize that 99.9% of Wings fans have no clue whatsoever, and really don't care, how much these guys make and where they live. You've done a huge dis-service posting this kind of stuff on here, given the times we are living in right now.

I thought it was neat to see, regardless of how crappy the economy is.

Yep, that's it. No more sports for anyone. It's all over. We're done with it. Just close it up. Shut down the internets too. No fun for anyone. Market's down. We got work to do. Until it's above 10,800 no fun for you!

I'm not really sure what you are asking, or more to the point what you are accusing me of. I just thought it was interesting that I pass by some of my favorite players' houses everyday and I never knew. I'm sure many others pass by these houses too. I thought those people might be interested as well.

Obviously people are interested in this sort of stuff, otherwise I'd have no idea who Robin Leach and Champagne Wishes and Caviar Dreams were (I still don't really know what he does besides that old show). And MTV's Cribs wouldn't have lasted so long. People are always interested in how the other half live, and always will be, hence 4 million gossip mags.

Edit: I'm too lazy to look up Robin Leach's magical words

Who, exactly, has he done a huge dis-service to exactly?
