I drank miller high life in california a few weeks ago. 3 cases of it. It's fine. Gets the job done. No side effects.

I do like the new commercials with the guy who looks like Tony Gywnn. Particularly the radio ones where the callers call in to ask if they are living the high life. "Hi, I'm at this bistro-" hangs up. "What's a bistro. You are not living the high life".

I also had a beer out there called Fat Tire. It's from Belgium. That ws pretty good.

Fat tire is all over the place here.

I can't stand those Miller Commericals. When he goes into the fancy restaurants and the fancy stores and takes out the Miller High Life? Hey genius, there's no Miller High Life in those places! They sell GOOD food there, what the hell would they be doing with Miller High Life?

Impressive cost, it's about 15 bucks up here. I guess deposit, and maybe some stupid taxes will do that though.

It figures you would dislike the best new ad campaign running right now. "You mess with the high life, and the High Life will mess with you."

Actually, their radio commercial bums me out. The one where he disses the guy with the lime in his beer. I've been drinking Miller High Life with a lime in the neck of the bottle since I don't know how long.

Hey at least you own up to it. I guess that's worth something.

I just cannot stand the taste. I can drink some liquor, but that is about it.

I love me some $8 hamburgers. Am about to go get myself an $8 Corned Beef sandwich.

Why? Because I'm simply not fat enough.

Maybe I just need to venture out and try new beer? Basically I just had Miller, Bud, and Busch.

Those are college beers. Cheap, easily accessible, mostly watered down. They're starter beers. Then you can move into other real kinds of beer, you know, ones with actual flavor.

Harpoon IPA

Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA

Sierra Nevada Summerfest

Sam Adams Octoberfest

Post Road Pumpkin Ale

Warsteiner Dunkel

Guinness

Point Beer

i don't think you can get any of these beers in a 40oz. there seems to be a major disconnect between your taste in music and your taste in beer.

You must be from Ohio. Or Bay City.

Houghton Lake area. I originally hail from Detroit, but I didn't drink when I was in middle school.

The Limber Lost at Houghton Lake may be the worst bar I have ever seen.

That is considered Houghton Lake's finest.

I actually live in Roscommon and the local bar wanted to get a license for dancing (couples dancing, not pole dancing) and the towns people denied them saying it would lead to drugs and crime. Apparently dancing with your wife is a crime.

The Limber Lost features 4 dollars cans of busch light and nothing on tap. Just insanely horrible.

I don't go to the bars here. Some of them actually have good food, but for drinking they are terrible.

I had this in a small pub when I was in Bitburg, Germany. It was the only beer in the joint. A little too bitter for me.

My favorite is Tecate, but I drink a lot of Labatt, too. Rolling Rock is a good summer beer.

Didja stop by the brewery while in town? I took a tour, it was pretty cool to see.

Michelob Ultra Amber wasn't too bad. My preferred dark(er) beer is Leinicougals (spelled way wrong) Red, but Ultra Amber is descent.

I'd highly suggest Bell's Oberon, it's like liquid gold.
