It's interesting to see how fast the CO2 was climbing. I figured there was no way it could possible be right... it seems to be going at around 1K tons per second. That's around 86.4 million tons per day. That seems like an incredible amount.

I did some rough math and found an interesting statistic. At that present rate, it will take on 60,724 years until we double the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere!

(That's based on the earth's atmosphere weighing approx 5,000 trillion tons. And 0.0383% of that being CO2. Source)
