As much as I am against taking another wide receiver, I CANNOT argue with taking the best player in the draft with the tenth pick in the draft. This is an absolute steal.

BTW, welcome back to the board. I noticed that you have had 19 posts over two years, so I am guessing you haven't posted much... but keep posting... it becomes addcting... :classic:

Thanks!

Actually, I just started posting THIS week. I have been lurking for awhile, I registered way back and then started lurking last fall. Finally I just HAD to start posting, haha.

Charles Rogers is fine. He's in better shape right now than Roy Williams. I love this pick.:classic:

Barring a trade and excluding Harrington, the Lions have the most potent offense in the league. If any more 2 yard slants are called on 3 & 8 - Mooch should be fired on the spot.

Mooch won't CALL that play, but Harrington will check into it anyway.

I think they'll just play alot of 3 WR sets. Their tight ends don't block much anyway. Assuming they keep all three WR of course...

I agree 100%. I was actually hoping that Williams would be taken elsewhere so that we could fill another need. Three 1st round WR in three years seems a little much. Still, you can't turn down the #1 talent when you pick at #10.

Any documented proof of this, Buddha? Because we know that when Joey has success, it is because he isn't checking down.
