Haliburton was good today.

He had 24 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds, 1 block, 2 steals, 0 TO's on 8-12 shooting 4-9 from three.  He scored 13 of his points in the 4th quarter to help put away Denver.

Frank N will part of this trade...and I'd guess the Pistons get their second round pick back if nothing else.

griffin didnt play for thibs in chicago so he wont want him.

So who loses minutes?  Payton or Quickley?  It should be Payton but who knows with Thibs.  He seems to be doing everything in his power not to play Quickley.

Payton plays defense so it won't be him.

Or they could just add in Mitch Robinson...

I see why Sekou was struggling to get minutes. Remember that stuff about how he worked on his game so much in the offseason? Hmmmmm.

I wonder how fast Weaver moves on from Sekou.  Since he didn't draft him it might be easier for him to cut bait.

Really nice defense by Grant on Lebron on that final shot.

Going to OT thanks to Josh Jackson and his 21 points in the second half.

Sweet play by Grant swiping it from Lebron and taking it all the way for the tough finish.

Fun game. Wright, Jackson, and Grant all with nice performances

Lebron was just too much in the end. Lakers wanted that switch to get Mason on Lebron and we gave it to them every time.

Now is also probably a good time to point out that Lebron is 5 years older than Blake.

If I remember it right, popular opinion was Haliburton had the higher floor whilst Hayes had the higher ceiling?  Still frustrating to see easy results.  Of the 53 2020 draftees that have gotten run, Hayes is 51st on the win shares per 48 metric.  Not the end all be all, but not what you want to see out of your 7th overall pick.
