Didn't sound like anyone got left behind. People with positive or inconclusive years would have been left behind. Do they are probably playing.

"inconclusive years" sounds like the scouting report of every pistons draft pick for the last decade.

VanVleet has 46 points through the third quarter.

Ended up with 54.  Most points ever for an undrafted player.

welp, looks like wayne ellington turned back into wayne ellington.

also, the pistons just gave up 70 IN THE FIRST HALF.  who do they think they are, the nets?

It is their year to get Cade Cunningham. Then we can stop debating if terrible players like Brown, Svi, or Hayes are good players or not. We will have an honest to God legit player to discuss.

The only flaw I see with Cade is that his first name isn't Chuck.

unless he falls to 5, the pistons arent going to get him.  come to peace with it now.

So it's now determined that Hayes is a terrible player after 10 games? Alrighty then.

Anyway, I don't see Cunningham as a generational talent clear cut #1 in this draft. I think there's a top 5 of franchise level talents that would have been the best player in the last draft for sure in Cunningham, Mobley, Suggs, Green and Kuminga. Green has tremendous upside, I could see him being in the conversation for #1 if he has a big season in the G League bubble. I think anywhere in the top 5 the Pistons will get a great prospect

5 might hurt but I could live with top 4. That ensures they get Cunningham, Mobley, Green, or Kuminga.

It took normal people 10 games to determine Hayes is awful. I knew before he was drafted.

You're sleeping on Suggs IMO. What don't you like about his game? The shot needs a bit of work but his form is pretty good. There's a lot to like about the rest of his game. He has that "It" factor.

I don't know about Mobley. He's really skilled but he's soft as baby **** and needs to put weight on that frame or he'll be pushed around easily at the NBA level. He'd be #5 on my list.

The Pistons need a lead guy, a player who is the go to guy on offense and wants to take the big shot. I don't see Mobley as that guy, he has a timid mentality from what I've seen of him.

Mobley is a 7 footer that can move and defend on the perimeter. He is a future defensive player of the year winner. He also has a good handle for his size, like can legit take people off the bounce. Needs to develop that three point shot tho.

Suggs is a bad shooter. 34% last I looked which is bad considering the college line is shorter.  I don't like PGs that can't stroke it.

He isn't a bad player, just better options than him in this draft. A team in the 5-8 range is going to be really happy with him.

This is true.

I mean it is impossible to tell if he picks Europe or Asia to continue his career.

Cade Cunningham plays tonight at 9PM on ESPN2.

Last time you pulled that stunt, Cunningham was held out of the game.  This time he shot poorly.  You're killin' him, Smalls.

I have no idea how Hayes will ultimately turn out, but I'll agree that the early eye-test wasn't showing me an All-Star and I certainly saw no signs of a Superstar.  The lack of speed was pretty glaring and unless he establishes a lights-out perimeter game he's going to struggle to get by defenders who don't have to play up on him. When he gets back and these issues continue to be a problem people are going to give him a pass because of the injury, so the franchise will probably sit in limbo on the PG position for a while.

The really sad part is watching Haliburton fight for rookie of the year.
