AFC

Wild Card

Buffalo 41,  Indianapolis 20    Can't stop them and Rivers can't keep up with them.

Cleveland 24, Pittsburgh 21 (OT)   Yes, I think it's actually going to happen.

Tennessee 27, Baltimore 21   Had their number last year and will again this year

------------------------------
Divisionial

Kansas City 34,   Cleveland 17 -  You should pick the Browns in a big game.  My father picked the Browns in a big game once.......................Once.

Buffalo 31,  Tennessee 24   -  Brian Daboll is making his case to be a Head Coach somewhere.

-------------------------

Championship

Kansas City 41,  Buffalo 35 -  KC is no longer bored.  This could be one of the most exciting playoff games in history

NFC

Wild Card

New Orleans 23, Chicago 10   Chicago is not very good, most teams would be able to exploit Brees' age

Seattle 31, LA Rams 23   - They just get it done and the Rams are pretenders.

Washington 24,  Tampa Bay 20 -  The defense will harass Brady all day and make him look old

______________________________

Divisional

Green Bay 27, Washington 16 - Rogers has enough mobility to thwart the harassment of the Football Team.

Seattle 28,  New Orleans 19  - Drew Brees can't throw accurately over about 10 yard anymore.  The team needs to be smart and thank Drew Brees for his service and do everything in their power to get Watson.

------------------------------------------------

Championship

Seattle 31, Green Bay 27 - I just can't pick Green Bay.  Gross

SUPER BOWL

Kansas City 45,  Seattle 17 -  The AFC is much better than the NFC right now.  This will be clear on February 7th.

The real Super Bowl should be Kansas City vs. Buffalo.

I was on the Browns over Steelers when matchups were announced.  But Cleveland has a Covid problem with a handful of players and a few coaches out.  Their practice facility was shut down until Friday, so they haven't even been practicing.

I know, it gives them less of a chance to be the Browns.  That's an advantage.

I was a huge Browns fan back in the 70s and 80s.  Around 1990, other things took priority in my life and I have not cared one bit about the NFL since then.  When I heard the Browns were up 28-0 after the first quarter last night, I turned the game on for old times sake.  It was probably the first game in 30 years where I actually cared a little bit about the outcome.  Go Browns.

NO with 3 big TOs to give TB the win in a game that wasn't that lopsided if not for those TOs. Any given Sunday and all that, but neither TB or NO looks like they are up to beating the Packers.

Down 31-23 and 4th and Goal with just over 2 minutes left and Matt LaFleur opts for a field goal?      He might not have a job tomorrow.

Watching Aaron Rodgers cry about a call going against them is my favorite part of this game.  A guy who gets more marginal calls downfield than anyone else in the game throwing a baby tantrum for the refs calling a blatant PI.

EDIT:  I feel I should mention that the flag came in conspicuously late.  Like the ref had to think about it rather than just do the right thing.

No, the back judge, probably an older guy had to come running toward the play and might have had an issue getting the flag out.

LaFleur should be fired.

I didn't get that 4th down call at all. You knew from the moment it was kicked they wouldn't get the ball again - and even if they did, their task wouldn't change, they still needed a TD.

That's just it, the Field Goal did not help them.  In fact if they hadn't gotten the 4th down they would have had better field position.  What a gutless call.  Sorry.......if I am the team owner - he's gone.

I love Aaron Rodger's game, but he had that touchdown himself on 3rd down if he just tucks it and runs, so he has himself to blame for the wrong decision as much as anyone else. Even the SO couldn't believe he pulled up and tried the throw.

Still, TB made just as big a mistake abandoning the short passing game in the 2nd half or they probably could have scored more. TB defense also with a notable fall-off when Whitehead went out.

Aaron Rodgers on controversial pass interference penalty: It was a bad call

What an absolute **** of a person.  It wasn’t catchable because of how long and hard the corner pulled the receiver’s jersey.  He is a POS.  Couldn’t be happier with him out of the playoffs.  This guy is no Tom Brady and it shows.

EDIT:  the censored word rhymes with curd, FYI.

true enough they were letting a lot of ticky-tacky stuff go but that was a mugging - especially when he grabbed th jersey a second time after improving his grip. You have no choice but to call that.

The controversy is that it took the back judge too much time to run up and then he had trouble getting the flag out of his pocket.   That was an easy call and Aaron Rodgers is full of spit, as usuual.   Yes, I thought he could have run the ball.......maybe he doesn't get in but he probably gets within 2 or 3 yards and that changes a lot about that 4th down............but still,  kicking the field goal there is worthy of a coach getting whacked, especially since you have only 1 year left with Aaron Rodgers before he goes and plays for the Raiders or Niners.  I still can't believe that decision.
