Justin better bring his A-game because Lance Lynn will be tough to score on.

No idea why but I have a good feeling about this game.

This would be such a huge game to win and continue the fans' good feelings. There's been way too much negativity around this team...they're very unbalanced and sloppy on D, but they still should be a division-winner at 90 wins IMHO.
Plus I hate St. Louis, of course.Introibo ad altare Dei

We're going tonight. I'm really looking forward to this one! More so than any of the other games this year. I have a feeling it's going to be one of those days where I don't get a lot done at work, I'll be watching the clock all day.

Twelve words:
Tonight is the first of twenty straight games without a day off.
-

Bout time, seems like there has been a day off between every series. Lets go something like 13-7, get over .500 and then start the last half the season.
I would like to see the tigers win the opening game of a series for once, hasn't happened since May 25th in Minnesota. 6 straight series we have lost the opening game.

This series opens up a really tough stretch of games for the tigers, and seven important games regarding any hopes of a wild card.
3vs St Louis
3at Pittsburgh
3at Texas
4at Tampa
If the Tigers went 7-6, I would be extremely pleased. They finish the first "half" with 4vs Twins and 3vs Royals, and would probably head into the all-star break above .500

Looking at the allstar voting results, I always thought I'd be happy when the day came that the Yankees and Red Sox didn't dominate the roster.
Now I see it dominated by Texas.

Make sure you vote for at least, Miggy, Prince, and Ajax, everyday and on each email account you have.
It's pronounced Canada, and no, I haven't.

It's one blessing for me that the Tigers did not beat Texas in the ALCS last year. Not sure I could stomach losing again to the Cardinals. It's almost worth not winning the pennant to avoid that. Especially if they had lost the way Texas did, coming a few times within one strike.

I'm not voting this year, or in future years either. the ASG is a joke, and I hate the thought of one of our guys getting injured while not playing for the tigers.

What a crappy night to go to a ball game. Sitting out in the sun when it's 90 something degrees is not a fun thing to be doing.

Curve looks good already. Best thing to see early in a game from JV, unless you are a Card...

So, all set up to watch this on MLb network, and it's blacked out.
I called directv and they said that another party bought out the rights to this game(???) and that Directv can't show it....
what the HECK does that even mean?GO TIGERS
