Two damn pitches out of those four were RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE according to GameDay. Is JV getting squeezed on off-speed pitches?

I absolutely HATE listening to the White Sox announcers, but the Reds announcers may actually be worse.
Miguel Cabrera does things like Joey Votto and Justin Verlander is every bit as good as Aroldis Champman... It's amazing what these guys are saying...Dan Perkins

Is it just me, or has this umpire's strike zone been miniscule the whole game?

That is totally on Jim Leyland for playing Mr Crap Sandwich in LF (not to mention a joke of a walk against Ludwick).

I just can't stand that this inning is because Delmon Young can't catch a routine fly.

80 pitches already? He won't make it through 6.

This kind of at-bat kills me. Ryan %#@$% Hanigan fouling off pitches and extending JV into the 80-pitch count area. Get this chump out, please.

How do you rule that **** a double? It was a ****ing can of corn flyball. Those runs should be unearned.
**** Delmon Young. I can't recall actively wishing ill will on a baseball player but there is nothing to like about him. He's a fat drunk racist who sucks at baseball."I can't say I'm pleased to see you and warn you I may have to do something about it." Knut Hamsun

I've got to say, half a century of watching this game - I don't think I've ever seen a team worse at playing the game. Beyond disgusting.

Right now the Tigers have 9,376 more fans Per Game compared to last season through 29 home games. That is 2nd only to Miami who is at 11,246 and the Nationals are 3rd with 7,302. They are 9th overall in total fans per game.

If Votto gets a hit later in this game I bet the scorer all of a sudden reverses his ruling.

Why is Dusty Baker so maligned? He took the Giants to the World Series. Got the Cubs a game away from the World Series and guided the Reds to their first playoff appearance in 15 years. What's so bad about him? (guess some folks could say the same about Leyland).

We all know it's because of JV, but just saw a stat on the Nationals broadcast. Team Fastball Velocity: Nationals 93.2, Tigers 92.5, Royals 92.5, Red Sox 92.5, Rays 92.4, I wonder what it would be after today with all those 100+ that JV threw in the 4th.
