I suppose anything is possible if you throw enough money at it, but if you look at the overhead view of COPA there certainly are no parallel outer walls to provide the track plan for a typical segmented roof so it would be interesting to know what the plan was.

jz correctly predicted 6 of the 8 first round NHL playoff series this season. While I went 2-6. So if jz predicts that the Tigers will be playing in a floating stadium on the Detroit River 20 years from now, I'm almost inclined to believe him.
