Miguel Cabrera is on the field taking early B.P. today. Look for him to break out against the Royals.

I don't believe in jinxes, and I'm sure that it will change, but the Tigers have the best team fielding percentage in the AL. Cabrera's error on opening day is the only miscue.

But with Delmon, we legitimately could have had another couple errors.

I can't follow Almost Henning. It's too good. All it does is make me realize that the real Henning thinks something similar, and then I get just as annoyed as when reading real Henning.

Much, much better lineup. I'd probably have Dirks in for Raburn at this point for a little more hitting, and I'd prefer Santiago over Inge overall, but the defense is very solid (finally).

Facing a lefty tonight. If Raburn is going to provide any value, it's going to be against a LHP. He can still run into one. I'm sure we'll see Dirks off the bench in the later innings.

Granderson homered in his First AB tonight.

And yes, I'm serious. Except for Avila batting too low, I think it's the best lineup JL can put together vs an LHP

The best thing about MTS is how it feels like a family. Even for those of us who didn't find this site until after Brians unfortunate death, all the great posters who knew him make sure all us newbies knew exactly who he was and what he represented. It's hard to explain to people how important a message board can be in a persons life.
