I feel like this is the first game Rod and Mario have done all year. Probably not the case, but jeez. Sweet life.

I wish I was still there. Wouldn't you know it, Cabby gets hurt the day before we arrived? I sure hope he's in the line-up tonight. MLB.com says it's Scherzer starting.

Scherzer on the bump.Every time you play a hand of you poker you wanna run through a mental check list. Head Position Hand Position Neck Position Breathing Posture. More than 25 items. It's a lot. And that why I've come up with a handy mnemonic device. Just one word: HPHPNPBPECMSPAMDCPAFTSTTL. It's easy.

Other than Kelly, this looks like the real starting line-up.

Please don't do one of those joint broadcast travesties. The Twins guy makes me want to tear out my own Eustachian tubes.

For those of us who won't be getting the game on TV, please describe the situations gameday won't provide, like the kind of error, loud outs, cheap hits, etc.

Max finishes the first with a single, a strikeout, a runner thrown out attempting to steal and a flyout.

I wish I knew the logic of MLB... This game day would destroy all interest of a casual fan. I would think there must be some way to broadcast more games for subscribers of mlb audio.
Hey if you are in Lakeland, do they broadcast Tigers' games locally?

The regular season is what counts and all the games are broadcast then, and I suppose that's the answer. We are lucky to get anything for ST because there is a lot less money to be made on it.

Nats have runners on 2nd and 3rd with two down after a single an error and a stolen base...Max gets the K for the third out. 0-0 going into the Tigers half of the 2nd.

I hope, but this gameday is so bad, I don't remember it being like that last year, that I hope it isn't like this during the season.
like the top of the inning ended with a (successful) stolen base...
