I feel like once you start going to the pen and changing pitchers every other batter, you're doomed. If they can get within two runs here, I'll feel pretty good.

the encouraging thing is the tigers continue to be very patient at the plate and are drawing a lot of walks. if they continue to do this eventually all these runners they are leaving on base will be scoring more.

Yeah, there are plenty of other teams that have this happen. Its random variation. It happens. If we keep getting on base at this clip all season, then our offense will be much better than everyone thought it would be. I think this is pretty encouraging.
