Up next: Three of the Tigers' back-end starting candidates are slated to take the mound for Round 2 of their Spring Training auditions when the Tigers visit the Blue Jays on Sunday for a 1:05 p.m. ET game in Dunedin, Fla. Jeremy Bonderman will make his second start at Dunedin Stadium in five days, followed again by Nate Robertson. This time, Armando Galarraga will follow them, as he tries to overcome his rough inning of relief on Thursday. Zach Miner and Robbie Weinhardt are also slated to pitch.

TOM GAGE: ... The Tigers are taking nearly their full squad to Dunedin on Sunday. Of the regulars, only Miguel Cabrera gets to stay back (and rehabbing Brandon Inge, of course).

Then again, Cabrera made the trip Wednesday when most of the regulars didn't.

What I heard was Leyland told his hitters they could face Tallet Sunday or Strasburg on Tuesday. Take your choice.

Now is the time to do this..they have the 3B playing time and Guillen needs to play LF a lot more than Raburn..at least in Leylands mind...

Two great things can emerge from this..

Raburn will demonstrate for the 948th time he cant play 3B

Guillen will again demontrate he is incapable of playing LF..

You mean .317/.376/.494 right? Maggs was good, but he wasn't Barry Bonds 2002 or 2003-esque.
