Don't be a jackass, his feet are in the air in your pic because he hit a man with a ton of speed and force. It's called momentum and it was the follow through after the hit that sent them both in the air. He didn't leave his feet to make the hit, as you can clearly see in the picture I posted.

OMG, Gaelic's comment is EXACTLY what guys like Hrudey and Milbury on Hockey Night in Canada mean when then talk about people who know nothing about hockey opining about plays. That is NOT what is meant by leaving one's feet to make a hit. Geesh, did no one in Chicago watch hockey at all before this season.

Per Bruce McLeod in the Macomb Daily ... Draper out, Abdelkader in, for Game 3. Datsyuk didn't practice today; I think we can consider him virtually out for tomorrow.

you are an even bigger neophyte than I thought, its not whether he left the ice at any point during the hit, its whether or not he left the ice to initiate the hit. Know what you are talking about before you call someone out. Even your home announcer said there was nothing wrong with it.

lmao at Brian Campbell
"I thought (Kronwall) jumped. I thought Marty didn't have the puck. I thought his forearm came up high. I thought it was gutless all around,'' Campbell said. "He's done it hundreds of times in the league and it seems like nothing ever happens. ... These guys gotta pay for it, guys that are taking shots to the head. It's unacceptable, and it's not like it's the first time it's happened with that guy."2010 AAL Louis Delmas - 84 tackles 2 sacks 2 FF - Pro Bowl Alternate

You can leave your skates after impact. Launching ins't illegal. It is rather violent, though.
Try going to any other forums, pick a team. They all agree the Havlat hit shouldnt even have been penalized let alone a game misconduct.
If you think leaving his skates after the hit is charging, you should probably try learning the rules or find another sport to follow."Every day is better than the last day." - Pavel Datsyuk

I hope Joe Mauer's head catches fire and that Denard Span puts it out with a rake. - Antrat

I think why alot of people are suggesting Kronner left his feet on this hit is because he does have a reputation for doing it. The League knows it and so do the players. All the replays I've seen looks as though it was a clean hit. Havlat was attempting to gain possession of the puck at the instant Kronner leveled him.

No need to apologize. If the situation were reversed, i.e. a BH leveling someone in the same manner, there'd be a torrent of calls for an ejection/game misconduct, rules need to to changed etc. This is playoff hockey at its finest. Havlat knows it. So does everyone else.
