  1. good win. even though the results arent there yet, they look much better than last year.
  2. okafor cant get minutes on the worst team in the league and he's getting older. he'll be in europe soon or out of basketball entirely.
  3. why would any team want mcgruder or okafor? better yet, why would any team give up anything for either one? the only way they get dealt is if its part of a larger deal and they need to make the salaries work. sekou is much more likely to get traded than either one of those, but there's little point in trading him now because his value will be low, but he is still very young and did very well in the g league despite his age. macgruder and okafor are what they are. and okafor plays a position that is becoming extinct in the nba and plays it poorly.
  4. if russ is mad that he has no offensive line in seattle, wait until he gets a look at chicago...
  5. according to schefter, wilson says the only teams he will accept a trade to are the cowboys, saints, raiders, and bears. bears would totally spend three first round picks for wilson.
  6. blake is bought out before the end of the year and then is picked up by a team in the west. ellington gets dealt for a pair of second round picks. wright stays sekou stays mcgruder is released at the end of the year and is out of the league next season. okafor is out at the end of the year and is out of the league next season.
  7. and corey davis was pretty good last year too.
  8. i think you could do this with every position. its the same thing with quarterbacks. for every deshaun watson there is mitch trubisky. for every patrick mahomes there is sam darnold. the nfl draft can be pretty crapshooty.
  9. Can't wait for you to call him the next Dirk Nowitzki or a taller Larry Bird...
  10. ok. does it say anything else you might find interesting, or is this just yet another exercise with del telling other posters how stupid their takes are? i have never seen mobley play so i dont know. i googled mobley comps and thats the first thing that came up.
  11. you could click on the link and read the article yourself instead of just being a sarcastic ***.

  13. espn: Physical Comps PLAYER HEIGHT WEIGHT WINGSPAN Evan Mobley 7-0 215 7-4 Chris Bosh 6-11½ 225 7-3½ Anthony Davis 6-10½ 222 7-5½ Christian Wood 6-10½ 216 6-11¼
  14. i'd be fine with that draft. especially sewell at 7 and harris lasting into the third. would like to see a receiver at some point but this team has so many needs on defense its hard to pass anyone up.
  15. cant wait to see the pistons watch someone else draft him while we wait to see who falls to 5.
  16. i thought we were fubaring for kumar?
  17. maddon was very close to being the new "goat" curse. his handling of pitchers in game seven was a complete joke.
  18. 98 is below average for a starting pitcher, which is what he's been for almost all of his career. he has been healthy for most of it, so that's a positive. i dont think the proper comparison for porcello is "every pitcher in baseball" like lee is saying. i think its better to see him compared with other starters. and compared to them he's been below average for most of his career. especially lately. i would not sign him this year unless its on some sort of minor league show me deal.
  19. they were mostly below average pitchers who didnt walk anybody and didnt give up home runs but gave up tons of hits. erickson got hurt after age 31 and garland fell off the map, btw.
  20. erickson and garland maybe. the rest? lol. eckersley? is he planning on a late career resurgence as the greatest closer in history? somehow i doubt it.
  21. other than one fluke season, porcello has never been a good pitcher. he has on occasion been an average pitcher.
