  1. No he is not living in his car, but he lives and works at a motel in Florida as a night audit. He has been living and working there for close to a year now. A public record from a Florida court house confirmed this two weeks ago that he still lives there. I guess maybe that is why he has things in his car?
  2. actually Marty Castillo was found guilty by 12 members of a jury in brunswick ga, he spent 8 months in jail and after the guilty verdict he received time served for that case of battery. then he went from brunswick ga, to Florida and spent a few months in jail on his second charges of battery, he bonded out of jail and plead out of court. the reason he did not get actual jail time on the second battery charges is because he plead out of court on disorderly conduct in order to avoid possible jail time. public records shows all the facts. not to be really rude but he is kinda like diapers hard to change and full of ****!

  4. the only reason castillo is there is because he is broke! if he did not show up he would not get paid!
  5. that's for sure! During his baseball career Castillo seemed to have perfect timing, but after he left the game his life has been less fortunate. One of the most likable members of Detroit’s ’84 Championship team, Castillo has had little to no contact with his former teammates since leaving baseball. He has bounced from job to job after unsuccessfully trying to secure a position in professional baseball. In 1999 he was convicted of assault and battery against his wife and spent time in jail. Late in 2011 another domestic incident allegedly occurred and he currently faces similar charges. A criminal trial is pending in Florida and Castillo faces prison time if convicted. Castillo's out of jail but was found quilty by jury verdict with 12 members, public records show he spent 8 months in jail in Georgia then was transfered to a Florida jail spent 3 months or so and Castillo chickened out and plead out of court. Public records show his wife filed for a divorce after many years of abuse. Hopefully Castillo will get some help. I quess jail has not changed him much. New court records show he is in court again for November 2012 for disrespecting a court order!
  6. don't do a mail order with Castillo reports that Marty Castillo HAD HIS BROTHER SIGNING HIS AUTOGRAPH IN THE PAST!
