Lions do not need a QB, nor do they need to spend a draft pick on one. Pick up a FA QB cheap . One who is trying to make a comeback or something along those lines (Not a Cassell). Stafford isn't going anywhere. What they do need is speed. At LB, DB and WR and a edge rusher. May be one of the slowest teams in the league. They also need a OG. Maybe even a OT.
