Murdoch says...
MURDOCH IS DOING A JIG AT THE BBC SCANDAL
Got to love schadenfreude"I remember the night they came for my father and mother. It was in the days when grain was plentiful ... we had eaten a simple meal of barley gruel on the porch. The car drove away into the night. I never saw them again ... ever again."

Yeah it sounds like the BBC was way outta line - as their competitor, Murdoch should be gleeful.
When our weapons are more precious than our children, our society is broken
hands like escalators.

Just a bit.
And it was really one news report on one news programme which was stupid to put out. Whether or not the Saville report should have been aired is another question of course - although it's interesting to speculate given the response to the non-revelant of MacAlpine what might have been the response to any revelation about Saville (and I'm fairly certain that other people had revealed that "a major BBC star was a sexual predator" without naming him and were, essentially, ignored).
But this is just Rupey hoping that the Eton boys pay back his support before the last election. Pretty slim straw to garb at, although I suppose he might get a tiny little bit of something or other out of this.
