The prop bets are not posted yet. I will check back in at halftime of the Michigan game, which should be 1:30PMish. If they are not posted then I will just make up my own.

Kevin McHale will not be coaching tonight. He has taken a leave of absence that they are saying is family related.

It's funny. I thought these fun prop bets would make the game more fun, but while I remember what players we bet on, I can't recall the numbers. I think I'll just check it at the end of the game and see how it goes.

And I hope I get my first one wrong.

I honestly see no reason not to be playing Drummond 30 mpg. His play has justified his draft selection...he's the future of the team and he's been pretty damn good. The more time Drummond, Monroe, Stuckey, Knight and either Singler or Jerebko get together the better this team will be. Playing Maxiell hasn't resulted in any wins so what's the point? He's not part of the future and the future can't come soon enough...get a clue Frank.

I honestly think this team might be 0-12 going in to the home game with Toronto on the 23rd.

I like the thought process of making one "earn" the playing time. That said, I think he's earning the position mighty quick right now. He's certainly going to get some PT now. When you earn the time, I feel it should have more meaning to the player than one just getting it for getting sake.

AUGH! I can't take this. I might have to get my basketball fix at Oakland University or Saginaw Valley State this winter.

Monroe hasn't scored yet. I forget the over/under but I know this isn't good for me considering I picked the over.

Hardens 3 extends the lead to 9 again. Offense is very stagnate.

This is a tough way to open the season.

Charlie V hardly hit rim on that free throw.
And misses the second. The Pistons still haven't scored this quarter (7:15 left).

An 0-7 start, a serious regression from any improvement last season, and a likely half-empty Palace for the rest of the season. Is there any way Dumars keeps his job?

It's too early to say that, the early schedule has sucked (6 game western swing to start the season, really?). They still have time to recover, but it needs to be soon I guess. Monroe is starting to play better, Frank I think is panicking though a bit from his after game talks. He said the team didn't play hard Friday, if I was a player I would be upset, they did play hard and scrapped yesterday.

If it goes on much longer...I feel like a guy like Brandon Knight (or Stuckey), could get extremely frustrated and turn this in to a circus. No rhyme or reason for that, but those are the two I see becoming frustrated the easiest. Even Monroe. These younger guys who came from winning programs and are going through a stretch like this in the pros on a team that doesn't seem poised to improve any time soon...blech. Not a good recipe. I think Frank has a chance to lose this team *real* quick. A lot of people might think it's BS, but I think it's pretty easy to see how a team's attitude is just by watching the players/coaches faces and mannerisms during timeouts and interviews. With that said, I've already seen the frustration from Knight, Stuckey, Monroe, Prince and Jonas. I don't think you have to worry about English or Drummond or Singler getting too frustrated and pressing because they're rookies and might have expected some struggles no matter what. But those other guys seem like sometimes they're already fed up.

    I agree.

I hope they can find a way to trade Prince and or Stuckey, and just let the young guys play and grow together.

Prince has negative trade value. Nobody wants him. You would probably have to give a team Stuckey for free for them to take Tayshaun off of your hands.
