Wednesday IS Prince spaghetti day! Made Dreamfields Penne Righatti with homemade meat sauce, a salad, and garlic bread.
BTW, love Ken's Balsamic vinaigrette, not so much the Ken's creamy balsamic vinaigrette...“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 NIV84

Friend of ours just began a BBQ business and Team Mom ordered enough at lunch to bring home some pulled pork. Pork was excellent, but his sauce on the side had too much vinegar for me. Still with my mustard tomato sauce, it was great. Bush's Grillin' Beans on the side.

Landshark Draft, Conch Fritters, house salad and house dressing (too sweet), combo of fried shrimp, scallops and oysters. Sides of fries and hushpuppies.. Way too much for me. Wonderful dinner and company of friends.

Shallow fried a skinless chicken breast filet in olive oil and spices along with yellow corn mixed with green chiles and red peppers. 25 minutes and rich enough that one large filet fed both of us.
