How many times has Matthew Stafford been injured for you in Madden?

So, I started up a new franchise mode with the Lions in Madden 11. I am in year two, the first game of the season. Who am I playing, the Chicago Bears on the road at Solider Field. I started and stayed strong running the football like a maniac. They can't stop Javhid Best, their D-Line is getting squashed and pushed around. To the point of my frustration in the game I was averaging 12.5 yards per run, broke an 87 yard dash on them already and have over 175 yards on 14 carries. I am in the tail end of the second quarter, two and change to go and up 21-7: two runs by Best for TD's and a Logan KR for another. Hey, I'm smoking them on the run I am untouchable with Best, maybe I'll change it up. Naturally, too open the game up and take full advantage of my full on rushing attack, I decided on first and ten at the Chicago 24 to go for a play-action set with a couple of deep-ball routes for my receivers. I've got three good receivers sent deep on the play and am in even better shape when I see Calvin running a step ahead of a Bears defender. I hang onto the ball for another second or so and throw it deep. Stafford throws, Calvin turns, looks and connects to make a 53 yard completion. I thought I had just made a nice play, not realizing Stafford got knocked to the ground. What do I see after the play, the injury report at the bottom of my screen informing me Matthew Stafford had a shoulder injury keeping him out of the game. Well f*** this! Is it not possible to even play a season in Madden with Stafford? I mean come on!!!
