Scherzer by Month

Looking through some online articles, I came across some interesting info:

Basically, after April, not only was Scherzer one of the best pitchers in the game, he decreased his ERA in each month, while keeping his K rate high. His walk rate spiked a little in July, but in September, he was amazing... I think this looks really good for 2013, if he can come even close to those numbers over a full season.

I remember verlander used to do that as well. If I remember right, he changed his workout program to better prepare himself for April. It'd be nice if max could find an easy solution as well.

Agreed. I think this team comes out really fired up this year and takes command of the division early on.
