20 Games in 20 Days
No off days between now and the All-Star break. Here is what we have:
3 vs St Louis
3 at Pittsburgh
3 at Texas
4 at Tampa
4 vs Twins
3 vs Royals
I say starting pitching catches fire and we go 15-5. Any bolder predictions?

Have the tigers had many rain outs this year?
Ajax is only the third most valuable tiger.

10-10
The schedule is not easy. I'd be thrilled to go .500Retired. Thanks for the entertainment.

10 and 10 if I'm predicting, 20 and 0 if I'm hoping.
It's pronounced Canada, and no, I haven't.

My friend bought himself, me, and my girlfriend tickets for the game on the 4th. Assuming a regular schedule with no delays or extra rest, it looks like we could be seeing Verlander on the mound. If this all goes according to that plan I'm gonna go out on a limb and say we go 13-7 on this trip; Texas taking the series, a split with the Rays, and us beating down everyone else.

21-0. We destroy Minnesota so thoroughly, we get an extra win out of it.

We've been doing remarkably well against a good Rays team of late, but I think if that get out splitting the four games that would be fine. Then I would say if they don't take five of seven from the Twins/Royals at home, this team has problems.
Even five of seven would put them at 11-9 for your stretch. That's not the kind of record a division winner puts up against the competition in your original post. But tonight, I say we must move forward, not backward; upward, not forward; and always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom!

They are 7-6 13 games into the stretch, which I think is pretty good considering who they played. Now they close with 7 at home against bad teams. Howver they did lose 1/2 a game in the standings.

With one game remaining they are 11-8. During that stretch Chicago went 12-5.
