If I calculate the gravitational pull and divide that by the inverse of the Pythag theory and then add number of cartoons Jim smokes I get 100 exactly.

Should I not make another "2012 Member Prediction" Thread? This one is stickied so I am guessing it will be the main thread?

if Jim Leyland gives Gerald Laird DH duty on any one of the 162 games this season, he should have his head examined.

I am a little more optimistic about defense than most, and the pitching will be outstanding.

Let's see. They were probably an 89 win team last year. The offense is improved by a couple wins. The pitching should be better with a full season of fister, a better fifth starter, and an improved bullpen. I'll add a couple wins there. The defense isn't as good. Maybe a couple wins worse.
91 seems about right, but I'll add a win to be a homer and predict 92 wins.Trade Ajax
