"Call obsure Tigers from the past" game

We're going to play a little game. You must provide an obscure, lesser known Tiger from the past for the Tigers to "call now!" Only one name per post. Once you submit a name that has already been mentioned, you are disqualified from the thread. I'll start.

Steve Baker.

Of all the mediocre/bad pitchers the Tigers have had since I became a fan in '78/79, Baker is the first one I remember by name.

Good call! I believe he was with the Tigers on 2 different occasions. I remember "recycling" his Topps card back into my Tigers set when he was reacquired.

Pat Underwood - one of my favorite games I've listened to in my life was when he went against his brother, Tom Underwood, in his MLB starting debut. I think the Tigers won 1-0. Great pitchers' duel.
