Ustairz was high on my list as well. There were a couple of guys who had promising seasons in the VSL, but his looked like the best.
Had I not gotten Suarez, I was debating between Ustairz, Marte, Voss and Aguasvivas. All of these guys had encouraging seasons, although Aguasvivas was a bit old for the GCL.AAT: 2007 L. Oliveros | 2008-10 F. Martinez | 2011 H. Perez | 2012 E. Suarez | 2013 J. Kobernus

For the second year in a row, I'll adopt Brandon Douglas.
In 2011, Douglas picked a bad year to start slowly -- his .212 average in April kept him out of a very winnable who-shall-replace-Carlos-Guillen sweepstakes. But he got back on his horse for the rest of the year, posting career highs in pretty much every category. There is an excellent chance BD can make an impact at the big league level in 2012.AAT 2011: Brandon Douglas

My wife wanted me to take Brandon but I had to stick to my theory of taking players that will be in Lakeland for the Flying Tigers (hopefully). I was surprised that he was not selected earlier or invited as a NRI to the major league camp. He has been invited to the minor league mini-camp that starts a couple of weeks prior to minor league camp. He did get off to a bad start last year but batted 300 from May 1 until the end of the season setting career a career high in stolen bases.
