You and me both. I'm taking a break right now. If I were to guesstimate, I'd say I've voted around somewhere between 350-450 times today.

I wish. Seeing my favorite big leaguer in the All Star game will do just fine as a reward.

I've typed in so many numbers.... I hope this really is counting. I'll be mad if there was a count glitch in the program or something. I wonder if motownsports could do 1,000,000 votes for Inge. That'd be sweet.

This is also great practice to type numbers faster on a keyboard. Great for kids to do.

Kinsler, Sandoval hold their Final Vote leads | MLB.com: News

Quote:
Kinsler, the Rangers' second baseman, is followed closely in the AL race by third baseman Brandon Inge of the Tigers, third baseman Chone Figgins of the Angels, first baseman Carlos Pena of the Rays and designated hitter Adam Lind of the Blue Jays. Inge took over the lead Monday night, but Kinsler regained it this morning. Pena and Lind flip-flopped from the previous day's update.

Kinsler, Inge and Figgins each have more than two million votes, while Pena and Lind are still poised to make a run.

I just voted well over 100 times. Inge deserves a spot on the team.

On another but related topic, is there an actual reason to allow unlimited votes per person, or does MLB just want us all to have sore fingers, wrists, and arms?

Yep, I added it to my facebook page the other day, and a few of my friends have added votes as a result.

I'd like Inge to rest his knee for 3 days, so I have refrained from stuffing the ballot box. Normally, I'd do my part to help out Inge, but not this year. The Tigers need a healthy(or healthier) Inge after the All-Star Game. His knee won't get healthy by participating in an exhibition game.

But the thing is, he probably won't even play much? I say vote him in and if he pinch hits once, big deal.

Yeah, I know and I agree. but he'd still have to participate in pre-game BP and fielding practice. There's an opportunity to tweak his knee. Then, if he pinch hit, he might hit a grounder, run hard trying to beat it out, then hit the bag the wrong way, and tweak the knee. I'd rather he stay home. I don't want Raburn to become our everyday third baseman.

Who knows, this could be his only opportunity to ever go. I'm assuming he wants it..knee injury or not.

I think his knee could handle two innings over four days.

Chances are equally as high before every game.

This "cat" literally has to make it.

And on the flip side if votes are unlimted why hasn't somebody from here made one of those "automatic" vote programs since votes are unlimited?

Get on it kids. You're losing it here.

Vote 100 times for Inge and get entered to win a fantasy package. Sounds pretty cool if you ask me. Heres the link to the press release.

Win a fantasy package by voting Brandon Inge | tigers.com: Official Info

I guess Texas is doing similar prizes, but you only need to vote 25 times for Kinsler. :/

I'll feel like I didn't do my part if Brandon doesn't get in. And I've voted about a total of 6 or 7 hours the past 3 days.

97.1 The Ticket challenged their intern today to vote for him 10,000 times. He has to do it before he goes home for the day. Last time I tuned in (around 10:45), he had it down to 24 times per minute, which would take him 6.9 hours to finish.

They're just banking on the fact that one of the times you forget to uncheck the box that gives them permission to spam you.

Go here and look in the upper right hand corner...

Looks like the Phillies are encouraging their fans to vote for Inge so make sure you vote Victorino for NL.

I posted this in a game thread a couple days ago, but it is probably better to post it here.

Incorrect, that post is just saying that they are trying to get both guys in.
The voting continues into Thursday and I'm sneaking in a few votes as we speak!

Fans should vote for Victorino if they think he deserves to go, not because Phillies fans are voting for Inge. I voted for Inge and Mark Reynolds.
