OOTP Baseball owners needed

I'd post this in the arcade forum but there it is rarely visited and the kind of people who will want to participate will be in the Tigers' forum. My apologies to the moderators if this is out of place...

I (Jim to those who don't already know me) run a fictional baseball league called "To The Wall Baseball" (http://www.tothewallsports.com) that has several MTS frequenters of both the past and present, including lesgoblu02, Potthole, TigerCub33, Deleterious, and DaYooperAADFASRALKGASDWAASDLFKASD. I am expanding this league by two teams, and am need of quality owners to run them, and since MTS is teeming with quality baseball people I know I'll find some good people here.

This league is a lot of fun for everyone, and is laid back, competitive, and active. Time requirements are a non-issue, as you could run a successful team spending minutes per week on it. The league uses Out of the Park Developments version 8 for those who are familiar with it, and is an outstanding forum for baseball simulation.

We are ready for the expansion draft, so if you signed up you'd be able to start making decisions almost immediately. If you did decide to join it might very well be the best decision of your life, as the amount of fun you'd have might cause your head to explode.

Just a quick reply to vouch for this league. I've been in it for a year or two and it has easily been the most fun I've had with anything sports related (off the field). Blows fantasy baseball way out of the water.

Oh wait, I will be in Clarkston in 3 weeks with a couple day jaunt up to Luzerne. I could get quite a few kicks in with that trip!

Traded from San Antonio to Cummaquid on 1/31/2008 (Going to SAM: CF Kevin Guevara, P Bradley Goetsch. Going to CQS: CF Alfredo Leyva, RF Christopher Caballero)

In other words, I got good stuff, you got garbage (although it was not that apparent at the time).

I take that back. I traded him to yoop and he proceeded to hit .300 for the rest of the season....then retired.

That's because the San Antonio clubhouse has a poisonous and cancerous atmosphere, plus you have candy and pop dispensing machines there that are making your players look like Miguel Cabrera.

I am tempted, but my baseball knowledge is sorely lacking, and my lack of a full-time PC has me worried. Is this something I have to babysit everyday? (For maximum results?) Its ok, be straight up with me... heh.

30 minutes a week. Some spend a lot more time, but it's not required.

I am a very casual baseball fan and I have more fun with this than any fantasy league I have ever been in.

Very well, and despite what Punk says, we have finished first seven years in a row. We are doing quite well still haha.

While Risk has some crappy W/L and is 52-25 with a 2.90

Ahhhhh Wynne.....my first big time SP in OOTP. I've gotten many big time guys since, but there's nothing quite the first one.
