I'd like to hear somebody use Nazareth's "Hair Of The Dog". I would definitely use it myself!

Thanks for the bump but I'm thinking the Tigers need to come out with a CD with the songs in order of the usual batting line-up.
That would be quite the collection of songs.

Grilli could use The Undertaker's entrance music.

I have Polanco's on my ipod...google it if I don't get back here quick enough. I found it on google.

I hope Magglio never changes his music, because it will always remind me of that at-bat in 2006.

The real question is what is Perry gonna come out to?
"Thirty for me, that's yesterday," Valverde said. "It doesn't matter how many saves I have right now. The goal right now is the Tigers in first place, try to win every day, go to the playoffs and win everything."

Needs a bump again. Anyone know Laird, Everett or Anderson's music? Or for that matter, Rodney's new REALLY REALLY sweet music?
I know Rodney's old song was "Ven Bailalo" by Angel y Khris.
His new song is all in Spanish (just like the old one) and I couldn't understand the words to Laird's music enough to be able to google it.
I also have heard Bobby Seay come out to "Da Rockwilder" by Method Man & Redman this season.Tigers record when in attendance: 2012: 3-2 W1 Home: 1-2, Away 2-0

Johnny, this is what I use for the Tigers in MLB The Show. I don't think any of these songs is the current song for the player (except Magglio's), but all of them have used the song assigned to them as walkout music at some point during their Tigers tenure:
Granderson: "**** Wit Dre Day" - Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg
Polanco: "Lamento Boliviano" - Amarfis y La Banda Atekke
Cabrera: "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" - Michael Jackson
Ordonez: "Mirala" - Zona 7 and Oscar De Leon
Guillen: "YoU Don't Know Me" - T.I.
Anderson: ?*
Laird: ?
Inge: "I Wish" - Skee-Lo
Everett: ?
Thames: "What U Know" - T.I.
Sardinha: "Warriors" - Ky-Mani Marley
Seay: "Da Rockwilder" - Method Man & Redman
Zumaya: "Voodoo Child" - Jimi Hendrix
Rodney: "Ven Bailalo" - Angel y Khris
* - I assigned "Welcome 2 Detroit" by Eminem and Trick Trick to all of these players, as ever since the Tigers acquired Gary Sheffield it appears to be customary for that song to be played for every newly acquired player's first at-bat as a Tiger. To my knowledge, nobody has ever had it as their regular walk-up music though.Tigers record when in attendance: 2012: 3-2 W1 Home: 1-2, Away 2-0
Tigers record when in attendance: 2011: 6-7 L5 Home: 4-5, Away 2-1, Playoffs Home: 0-1

Ryan Perry comes out to "Magic Carpet Ride" by Steppenwolf. Still trying to figure that one out.

Heard Zoom's new entrance music for the first time. Very . . . metal. :P I preferred the Hendrix tune, but oh well! Also, I swear Granderson came out to a different song for every at-bat.
Also somebody on the Tigers LJ comm identified Polanco's song as "Ahora Es" by Wisin y Yandel. Yes/no/maybe so?

Granderson does have a different song for every at-bat, though the only one I recognize is LL Cool J's "Radio", which he generally comes out to during his second AB of every game.
Does anybody know the name of Rodney's new song? That one is far and away the best Tiger song of this year, by a very very large margin.
And last night was the first game I've gone to this year where Zumaya has pitched, and I was extremely disappointed to hear that "Voodoo Chile" has been ditched. I like the news song about 1/10000000000000000000000th as much.Tigers record when in attendance: 2012: 3-2 W1 Home: 1-2, Away 2-0

Let It Rock by Kevin Rudolph
EDIT: I just looked up the lyrics myself. Hopefully they have an abbreviated version or always stop it before the second verse.

Really??? They only play the opening riff of the song, no lyrics. I bet you that most kids have never heard the song in its entirety.
I bet you got your panties in bunch late last season when one of Granderson's songs was "I Wanna Sex You Up" by Color Me Badd.
Again, it was only the opening part of the song that was played, you never heard the words "I wanna sex you up." Most kids have probably never heard of the song as it was from the early 90's.VT

The song that I am talking about in the first paragraph is Centerfold by The J Geils Band. If you've ever been to a Tigers game, you'll recognize the first few seconds of the song. They usually play it between pitches.
