A number of you have asked me to post a list of autographed Tigers cards that I do not have in my inventory and am looking for. Last month under May 2012 Successes I posted a list of living players from A - L. Here is a list of M - Z:

If you have a deceased player available, let me know; I have a number of extras of deceased players, going back to the 30's.

I think I have everyone else, although not necessarily on a Tiger card; however, I could have easily missed someone.

I stayed in Detroit for the Tigers and Yankees Series Friday-Sunday. I tried to get Granderson to sign by the dugout before every game but he wouldnt. He was the reason I went to the Yankees series instead of a different team.

You can delete Orlando McFarlane, Reggie Sanders, and Hugh Wise from the above list. While I still need all 3 of them, they are all deceased and should not have been in this list of living Tigers.

Anyone have any luck with any of the remaining? New Tigers Matt Young and Quintin Berry are not on this list, because I got them all at spring training. But I did miss Thad Weber, who is now back at Toledo. Does he sign TTM?

There is a private signing on SCN with Rusty Staub. If your interested they are charging $20 for cards. And I will be at the Toldeo Autograph game in a few weeks. I have nothing for Thad Weber, so if you have an item I can try to get him for you.

Also my autos above were all from the Tigers parking garage post game.

I think jpinch got Berry and Smyly at the Motor City Sports Gallery signing this past Monday and Fister at the Gibraltar signing this past Saturday. I'm just going on a hunch though.

Yesterday I got an RTS that I sent to Magglio Ordonez c/o the Tigers. I sent a card out a few days in advance of his retirement ceremony on Sunday hoping for a long shot. Glad to at least get the card and unused SASE back.

In today's mail from Dave: 2 Donovan Tate cards, 1 Jacque Jones card, and 1 Willie Blair card.

I think we all know about Blair and Jones, but who is this Donovan Tate guy? Tate was the 3rd overall selection (behind Strasburg and Ackley) in the 2009 draft. He was drafted ahead of a few players you might have heard of: Mike Minor (7), Mike Leake (8), Drew Storen (10), Aaron Crow (12), Mike Trout (25), and... Jacob Turner (9).

You can delete Alejandro Sanchez but this list, but add infielder Hernan Perez, who is now back at Lakeland.

McFarlane, Sanders, and Wise can also be deleted from this list of Tiger players that I need and are stilll alive.. While I still need the three of them, they are all deceased.

Hit the jackpot with my Colorado trading partner today with the following (years shown are when they were Tigers):

MARK KOENIG (30-1) - played with Ruth for a number of years, including the famous '27 Yankee team as the starting SS
ROXIE LAWSON (33, 35-9) - played on the Tigers first World Championship team in '35
BIRDIE TEBBETTS (36 - 42, 46-7) - Played on Tigers' AL Championship team in '40. Later became a well-known Manager.

ALEJANDRO SANCHEZ (85)
FRED LYNN (89) - Isn't he the only player in history to win the MVP and ROY awards the same year (1975 w/ Boston)?
JEFF FARNSWORTH (02)
TREY BEAMON (98)
JIM HEGAN (58) - Also the starting catcher on the Indians' last World Championship team in 1948.
CHARLIE KELLER (51) - Better known as playing with the famous Yankee teams of the 40's

All but Lynn, Farnsworth, and Beamon are deceased. Only Lawson, Tebbetts, Tuttle, Sanchez, and Farnsworth are on Tiger cards, but still extremely pleased with these autos.

Got two Meijers photos signed by DOUG FISTER yesterday at a Meijers store. Very few people there, and I had my two autos signed in less than 25 minutes. Unfortunately we were told that he was not signing anything we brought, just the Meijers photos.

But my nephew will be pleased to see the one photo that was personalized to him!

Thanks to Dirk Diggler I now have three more cards to add to my list of missing Tigers. They are Thad Weber, Hernan Perez, and Bryan Holaday. The above list reflects that. Headed down to Toledo for the Hens Autograph Day on Sunday and picked up a bunch of the kiddos. Apologies for the poopy picture, but from L-R, top to bottom, it's:
