Stafford bored with QB, wants to be a Kicker...

The first thing that sold me on him was his excellent attitude, he's an impressive interview, he exudes confidence and leadership...he would have succeeded with an average skill set, fortunately he has the whole package and we get to watch him for the next decade, lucky us.

Well now we can throw him or Suh out there if Hanson or whomever the kicker is gets hurt.

Up until the mid-1960s, it was common for QBs to also be kickers.
In 1956, Bobby Layne was probably the best kicker in the league (12-15 FGs and 33-33 XP).
But I think it's been 30 years since a placekicker played a regular position (or vice versa).
