Not claiming any of these are good, but a large DB of mocks kept at 2012 NFL Mock Draft Database
AAL: Matthew Stafford | AAW: Nicklas Lidström | AAT: Jesus Ustariz

The best mock draft on the web is only going to get 10 of 32 right and that usually includes 5 of the first 5 and 7-8 of the first ten. At #23 it's really unpredictable. Mock drafts are fun to look at but you can't take them seriously. They might give you an idea of who might be available around the pick but nothing more than that.

This.
I think Great Blue North Draft Report does the best job of delivering all the news and gives me all the info I need. It is the best site for draft stuff, and it's free.

Did I miss where anyone claimed that mock drafts are accurate? Pointing out that mock drafts are not accurate is like pointing out that water's wet, sky's blue, women have secrets ...

This is pretty much what I am looking for... it gives me an idea of relative slotting of percieved talent. From there I can come to my own conclusions.
For instance, I was interested in the big Wisconsin Center, Konz, I think it is? Anyway, it appears from limited mocks that I have seen that he should be around the area we draft. As a result, I'm thinking if we did get him, we would have a backup Center-Guard until 2013 when I would think we would release Raoila due to his cap # of 4m.
Anyway initial thoughts at large.

This is silly. One pick just one pick in the first six or seven changes the whole freaking thing and these mock drafts are never close to being right.

What's silly is expecting a mock draft to be right.

DRAFTTEK 2012 NFL Mock Draft | 2012 NFL Draft Player Rankings has the Lions taking 3 offensive linemen with their first three picks, could be overkill but it might be needed too.
1: OT - Mike Adams, Ohio State
2: OG - Kevin Zeitler, Wisconsin
3: OC - Mike Brewster, Ohio State

I'd love for them to draft a WR in either the 2nd or third round. It's a good group. I'd love a Posey, who would fit right in.

Detroit Lions Interview Several Players At Senior Bowl - Pride Of Detroit
Some of the players the Lions interviewed at the Senior Bowl:
RB Dan Herron (Ohio State)
RB Doug Martin (Boise State)
OT Zebrie Sanders (Florida State)
OT Cordy Glenn (Georgia)
C Ben Jones (Georgia)
LB Zach Brown (North Carolina)
DB Trenton Robinson (Michigan State)

Just say no to Brown, great athlete, not a good football player. Sanders scares the heck out of me too, the reports from this week are all saying the same thing, poor get off, poor technique. On the other hand, I'm loving what I've heard about Glenn from Georgia...sounds like a great utility player that could start at any position on the line.

Hate to generalize but, it seems to me that players from Florida State and North Carolina underachieve....not in every case but enough to be wary of them.

I think you are right and we all know how the Lion draftees from USC have under-achieved .

I agree Adams will be gone, there will be at least 5 OT taken in the first...I'd say the teams with the best football players win, being the fastest/strongest is just part of the equation. Zach Brown isn't a great football player and if not for his speed he would be a mid round pick. He'll likely be available at #23, but it's possible somone will overdraft him if he runs well. I'd rather have a 4.5 guy that can shed blocks and tackle than a 4.35 guy who pushed around like Brown did in the Senior Bowl.
